Ingredients
1 cup liquid shorting
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk to 1 teaspoon vinegar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Directions
1. In medium bowl combine liquid shorting and package A, mix with hand mixer.
2. Add eggs, sour milk and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add package B, mix well.
4. Add boiling water, mix well.
5. Pour into prepared greased and floured baking pan(s).
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, let cool.
7. Ice with White Soft Icing.
