Banana Cake

Ingredients

½ cup oleo (butter, soften)
2  eggs
¼ cup sour milk (¼ cup to ¼  teaspoon vinegar)
1 teaspoon  vanilla
1 cup   mashed banana (2 bananas)

Directions

1. In medium bowl combine package A, mix with hand    mixer.
2. Add eggs, sour milk and vanilla, mix well.
3. Place bananas on plate and mash with fork, add, mix well.
4. Add package B, mix well. 
5. Pour into prepared greased and floured baking pan(s).
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes,  let cool.
7. Ice with White Soft Icing.
